To help you explore this unique country, many S/C flat and B&B owners provide special amenities for hikers and bikers. They have all signed a good practice code for outdoor family activities including the loan of maps and circuits, watertight picnic hampers, first-aid kits, weather forecasts and the names and addresses of local guides.
For bikers there are sheds with bike washing facilities, foot pumps and basic repair tools.
They will also give you the "Eco-Veille" folder to complete during your outings to enable the protection of our trails and unspoilt environment.
